i think we should have +1 for evry post or +0 for evry post . it wouldnt be fair to just have this section of the forum with no post and other section allows post counts ,

Admins only have authority. But based on what I saw and assumed (I know I shouldn't but I did) it was a collective effort/decision by the admins to do it.
